Mak Kimchi

Hand cut bite size pieces of Wombok cabbage ready to be the hero in any dish. Deep, salty, tangy fermented cabbage with a hint of sweetness to balance.

This one is not shy and will be the life of any party.

Ingredients: Wombok Cabbage, Daikon, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Filtered Rain Water, Fish Sauce, chili Flakes, Garlic Chive, Green Onion, Sugar, Rice Flour, Salt.
Allergens: Fish Sauce Anchovy (Stolephorus), Extract Fish 77%, Salt 29%, Sugar 3%, *GLUTEN FREE

Vegan Kimchi

Hand cut bite size pieces of Wombok cabbage. Made with a Shiitake Mushroom and Kelp stock, this kimchi wont have you missing flavours of Korea because we have packed all the umami into the jar. A deliciously fermented and balanced flavour, you will be coming back to the fridge to have a sneaky little fork full. This one is a crowd pleaser. 

Ingredients: Wombok Cabbage, Daikon, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, filtered Water, Shiitake and Kelp Stock, chili flakes, Garlic chives, Green onion, Sugar, Rice flour, Salt. *VEGAN *GLUTEN FREE

Daikon Radish Kimchi

Hand cut bite size pieces of organic daikon radish. Sweet, sour and crunchy all at the same time. This one is a little different to the cabbage kimchi and is certainly a great addition to your ferments. Traditionally eaten with Ox tail soup, it can be added to any meal hot or cold, or eaten straight from the pouch. Try adding it to your salad bowl, or as a side with some crispy skin salmon. Also enjoyed on steamed rice.

Ingredients: Daikon radish, garlic chives, garlic, ginger, Korean soy sauce (water, defatted soybean, wheat, salt, high fructose corn syrup, spirit, yeast extract, licorice extract, sucrolose, sodium benzoate)
